Data General D-210 Terminal Emulator

   This emulator supports all the standard D-210 screen handling functions
   such as BRIGHT, DIM, UNDERSCORE, REVERSE VIDEO, BLINK and CURSOR
   POSITIONING.  And also provides translation of the Amiga function keys
   into the 15 function keys of the D-210.  F1 through F10 coincide with
   F1 - F10 on the D-210 and ALT F1 through ALT F5 correspond to F11 - F15
   on the D-210.  The HELP key is translated into the HOME key and the
   RETURN key causes a line feed to be transmitted while the ENTER key
   transmits a carriage return.

   Do not be surprised if the mouse pointer disappears.  If the mouse has
   not been moved recently, the emulator removes the pointer so that the
   screen remains un-cluttered.

   After De-arcing, 'execute' the macro 'renamed210' to rename the files for
   use with the Workbench.
