 1. Boot computer with DOS 2.1 or later.
 2. Put the program floppy diskette in drive A.
 3. type F then press enter.          <= to run finger paint.
 4. FP2PCX oldfile.pic newfile.pcx   <= convert from pic to pcx format.
****** SYSTEM REQUIREMENT *************************************
 1. IBM PC, XT, AT, PS/2, compatibles, and clones with 256K bytes memory.
 2. Hercules(Monographics), EGA or CGA graphics card and monitor.
 3. Optional: Printer on parallel port LPT1:, Mouse on serial port COM1:
****** PROGRAM USAGE ******************************************
 Use arrow keys or mouse to move cursor in 8 directions and follow instructions
 prompted on top of the screen.  Please read MANUAL.DOC for details.
****** METHODS OF COMMAND SELECTION ***************************
 1. Press function keys [F1 to F10,  ALT-F1  to  ALT-F10 ], or double
    click(left button on the mouse) the icon to select.
 2. Move the highlighted block horizontally and press ENTER when ready.
 3. Type the initial of the command.
