  BoundODE (tm) is to solve Boundary Value Problems of Ordinary Differential
  Equations (ODE) to your XY data set.  A user may modify the program to    
  meet a specific problem.  This program is an example of simplified code   
  resulting from using the FORTRAN CALCULUS language.  System requirements, 
  registration fee, etc. for BoundODE (tm) are listed below.                
                                                                            
  Copying Restrictions: You are encouraged to copy and share this program's 
  --------------------- files with other users, on the following cond-      
  itions: 1) files are not distributed in modified form, 2) distribution    
  includes a copy of all original files, 3) no fee or consideration is      
  charged, 4) this notice is not bypassed or removed.                       
                                                                            
  System Requirements: A DOS system computer with an Intel 386 micro-       
  -------------------  processor or greater, 1.5Mb HD storage available,    
  and a 3.5" floppy drive.                                                  
                                                                            
  Registration: You are required to register one copy of BoundODE (tm) for  
  ------------  each computer on which it is used; the fee for registration 
  depends on the total number of PCs that use BoundODE (tm) at one site.    
  FOR LOCAL AREA NETWORKS, ONE COPY MUST BE REGISTERED FOR EACH PC THAT WILL
  BE USING THE PROGRAM, with a minimum of ten PCs or $500 PER SERVER. See   
  the next page to determine the registration fee.  (Check SHAREWAR sub-    
  directory for LIST registration form.)                                    
                                                                            
  Personalized BoundODE (tm): We encourage users to list PS-BVP.FC source   
  ---------------------  file and note that the majority of code is for     
  input and output functions. Copy PS-BVP.FC to MYBVP.FC and modify your    
  MYBVP.FC to meet your specific desires.  Also create an input file,       
  MYBVP.DAT, for testing your MYBVP.FC source code.  For testing purposes,  
  this file must contain "Header Lines" that contain answers to all your    
  MYBVP's input prompts, plus your X,Y data points.  List a PS-MOD?.?00 file
  for an example input data file format.  PS-MOD?.IN? are batch input files.
                                                                            
  To obtain the executable file for your personalized MYBVP program, send   
  the following:                                                            
   1. BoundODE (tm) registration fee (1 time only).                         
   2. 3.5" floppy disc with three files...                                  
      a. MYBVP.FC source code ... please put "C"omment lines around changes.
      b. MYBVP.DAT input data with prompt responses in header lines.        
      c. ADDRESS.DAT containing your return address and identification.     
           Include total amount of RAM memory and largest executable        
           program size on your system (use DOS MEM command or equivalent). 
   3. Self-addressed, stamped envelope in case we need to contact you due   
      to difficulty in running your MYBVP program using instructions from   
      your MYBVP.DAT header lines:  N prompts implies N header lines.       
   4. A $150 fee for compiling, testing, and returning a copy of your       
      MYBVP.EXE executable code.                                            
  Your executable will be mailed to the address stated in your ADDRESS.DAT
