Welcome to C.E.O. Series Inventory Module from Lone Pine Programs.

The Inventory Module is a comprehensive program for managing inventory.
It offers many sophisticated functions such as product classification,
reorder points, economic order quantity, cycle counting, ABC analysis, etc.
It is designed for a manufacturing or distribution environment. The program
also works well for inventory management in tool cribs, small warehouses and
for any application that requires a stand alone inventory monitoring system.

The Documentation for the Inventory Base Module is found in
the MANUAL.DOC file. To list it, create a path to your DOS
directory and type "PRINT A:MANUAL.DOC" followed by the
ENTER key. The manual is 33 pages long.

To install the program onto your hard disk, go to your root
directory and type "A:INSTALL" followed by the ENTER key.
This will create a subdirectory LONEPINE and load the Lone Pine
Programs into it. It will also place a BAT file in your root
directory to start the program. After installation, the
system is started from your root directory by typing "LP"
followed by the ENTER key. You NEED 1 MEG of space on your hard
drive to install & run this program.

NOTE: For the Inventory Base Module to operate properly, you
must have a CONFIG.SYS file in your root directory. The
CONFIG.SYS file should have at least the following lines:

BUFFERS=25
FILES=25

If you do not have this file,

             1) Please create it.
             2) Then reboot your machine.
             3) Load the Inventory Base Module.

Without this file, you will get a DOS error when you attempt
to run the Inventory Module because the program will
open more files than are allowed under the default DOS
settings.
