This application note describes several CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT files
which work with Ventura Publisher. These examples are used to provide
illustrations about how to make sure your computer's memory is configured
correctly to take maximum advantage of Ventura Publisher.

The files contained on this disk are in Ventura Publisher 2.0 format. If you
don't yet own version 2.0, you can still read the text (TXT) file and
caption (CAP) file to get a general understanding of what is going on.

No width table is provided. This reduces the time it takes to download from
the bulletin board. Ventura Publisher will automatically use the width
table used for your previous chapter. You can use the Set Printer Info
option to change the width table once you have loaded the chapter.

To use this chapter, un-archive it to a floppy disk in the A drive. Then use
Ventura Publisher's Multi-Chapter Copy option to copy the chapter to a
directory on your hard disk.
