EMS Professional Shareware will be happy to produce a custom BBS
listing for your BBS and add your BBS to our list of formats. In
order to make this list for you, our programmers need to have a
PRECISE description of the format you want. So that we don't
have to go through 10 iterations or more before getting it right,
please consider the following:

If you want the files organized by type, do you want a separate listing
for each type of product within a library, or a single file with type
headings at each type (for more convenient cut and paste)? How do you
want the headings to read?

Do you want file listed alphabetically, by date, or how?

File names: include "zip"? Upper, lower, or mixed case?

Dates: MM/DD/YY, MM/DD/YYYY, YY/MM/DD, MM-DD-YY, etc.

File descriptions: How long can the description be? How many lines
is your BBS maximum? Include just file description, or also include
other data, such as price, author, full product name, date added to
library, product type, contact information, etc.? If you want file
type, author, etc. included, how do you want this information
introduced? As "Type:Barcode", just "Barcode.", or "Product type:Barcode"?
As "By:Borland", "From:Borland", etc.? If author is unknown, do you
want us to print this or just not bother saying anything?

Precise column locations: specify whether the first column is 0 or 1,
how long each field should be with both starting and ending columns.
If you want the description to wrap to multiple lines, give the indent
you want for line 2 and all subsequent lines.

File Sizes: specify 999,999 or 999999 or 999K etc. format.

If you want delimiters between fields (|, -, etc.) please give both the
character and the ASCII value for it.

A sample file listing is very helpful, but is often not sufficient to
answer all questions, especial column limits for the rightmost column and
limits to multi-line listings.
