Support and future upgrades for Tempra users.

April 14, 1994 -- V_Graph Inc., of Westtown, PA, is now supporting the
authoring side of the Tempra packages. V_Graph originally developed and
sold the authoring software as VirtualVideo before Mathematica started
publishing it in April 1992. Mathematica created Tempra Show and Tempra
Media Author by packaging their paint and animation software with V_Graph
authoring software. Many users become familiar with this authoring
software through bundles with Creative Labs and Cardinal Technology. Even
with the self-inflicted demise of Mathematica users of the authoring
software can be assured of continued support by the company that wrote it.
V_Graph will continue to provide support, and keep DOS authoring software
going.

V_Graph is not only planning to support the users, but also update the
software. Rob Morris, president of V_Graph said, "We believe in DOS
multimedia and we want to support those people who have committed to our
products when they bought them from Mathematica. We now have a font
factory for users who want to make new fonts, even foreign language fonts.
We are also planning to support AVI, audio VESA, and JPEG in the near
future. DOS multimedia users' biggest problem has been working with
different audio boards. Now that the VESA group has come out with a
software interface standard we will support it. Their Super VGA standard
moved high resolution graphics into the mainstream, now the audio standard
should make the DOS multimedia applications much more portable."

There are new DOS multimedia titles coming out all the time. DOS remains a
suitable platform for multimedia with faster graphics than Windows. With
greater hardware compatibility through audio VESA the developers who want
to reach the largest number of PC users can use the new VirtualVideo
system when it reaches the market.

V_Graph Inc., calls itself "The World's Smallest Software Giant" because it
is a two man company with over 250,000 copies of their software on the
market. V_Graph was the first to offer a fully digital multimedia
authoring software in 1986. VirtualVideo was announced two weeks before
Hypercard as announced by Apple. V_Graph is now working on a new object
oriented Rapid Application Development (RAD) system for Windows, once
again leading the way in software for personal computing, but that is
another story.
