Eidolon Announces New Affiliated Label Distribution Agreement with
Electronic Arts to Bring "Intellitainment" Games to a Sophisticated
Audience

MULTIMEDIA GAME TO BREAK GENDER AND GENERATION GAP

RIVERDALE, NY--April 19, 1991 Electronic Arts (NASDAQ:ERTS), a worldwide
leader in the expanding interactive entertainment industry and Eidolon,
Inc., a startup software development company (formerly known as Personal
Media International), have announced they have reached an Affiliated Label
Distribution Agreement. Electronic Arts Distribution will distribute the
"intellitainment" multimedia titles published by Eidolon, beginning with
Eidolon's first title Millennium Auction.

Eidolon's first product, Millennium Auction, is a strategy game targeted to
consumers 18-55, seeking a fresh, visually stimulating alternative from
the ubiquitous shoot-'em-up, race-'em-up storylines of traditional
electronic games. Millennium Auction will be releasing this June for MPC
compatible computers, retailing at $69.95.

Electronic Arts Distribution, in helping to drive the evolution of new
entertainment forms, recognizes Eidolon's Millennium Auction as an
appealing product to the "first time" multimedia user. The game's rich
look and feel, combined with sophisticated storyline, makes Millennium
Auction appealing to grown-ups who may recognize the value of a multimedia
PC for a child's educational use, but remain unaware of what multimedia
entertainment has to offer them.

"We have to offer products that appeal to grown-ups if we want to create a
mass market for multimedia home entertainment," says Michelle Blank,
vice-president of marketing & business development for Eidolon. "This
agreement represents the best of any win-win possibility. Electronic Arts
wins by adding a talented, creative publisher with a unique vision, and we
win by having Electronic Arts' considerable distribution clout behind our
title. Our hope is that this is the start of an entire product line based
on Eidolon's philosophy of enriching entertainment that is aesthetically
pleasing to look at, mind-engaging, and most importantly, just plain fun
for everyone."

Under the terms of this agreement, Electronic Arts Distribution will
distribute Eidolon's CD-ROM multimedia entertainment titles to upwards of
10,000 retail outlets throughout the United States and Canada for three
years. Eidolon will retain its corporate identity on all products sold
under this agreement.

"Electronic Arts welcomes Eidolon, Inc. as our newest Affiliated Label,"
said Kelly Conway, director, Affiliate Labels. "Eidolon has a talented
team of people that are producing adult oriented entertainment which
they've coined "intellitainment." We feel Eidolon products will help to
further develop our multimedia product line and contribute to the growth
of Electronic Arts as a leading publisher and distributor of CDROM
products."
