Comdisco To Integrate Trinzic's InfoHub Software In New Client/Server
Offerings

Palo Alto, CA, April 5, 1994--Comdisco, Inc., announced it will integrate
Trinzic Corporation's InfoHub middleware software technology in a new
family of client/server solutions it expects to introduce later this year
The InfoHub technology will be marketed by Comdisco as part of an
integrated solution of hardware, software, and services that provides
companies high-speed access between mainframe and UNIX-based
applications.

"Trinzic is pleased that InfoHub has been chosen as a key component of
Comdisco's connectivity solutions for their customers," said Trinzic CEO
Jim Gagnard. "This agreement is another key milestone in Trinzic's
strategy for building alternative sales channels for our data access and
connectivity technology. "
