could still focus to some
degree, doctors exclaimed,
"Isn't it amazing!" Yet many of
us to this day, attribute the
power of focusing to this little
muscle ring.

For over 40 years there have
been a few eye doctors who have
known better. They realized
that the large muscles behind
the eye play a role in focusing,
probably the major role. These
are the same muscles that swing
the eye up and down and from
side to side to follow
movements. It seems they can

also squeeze the eye to change
its focal length. And for these
large muscles, this is no big
deal. So, if you can retrain
errant muscles, you can regain
your power of focus - clear
eyesight. It's as simple as
that! And that's what these
exercises are about.

    But can you train the
muscles? Of course. If you
start playing tennis everyday,
you'll hit the ball more
