* We  tend  not  to  blink  when
looking  at a monitor.  Practice
remembering to  blink  and  keep
your  eyes  lubricated.  If  you
look at the faces of people  who
use  computers  a lot, many will
have red, puffy  eyes.  This  is
because  they  weren't  blinking
enough. Also, we may stay at the
exact same distance for  several
minutes  at  a  time.   In  real
life, we were evolved to  glance
into  the  distance  frequently.
