<<Service Application Main Menu>>

The Main menu allows you access to all
 the functions in the Service program.

<View Calls Menu>
View Calls Menu
    Allows you to access SERVICE CALLS
    and maintain data on the screen.

<Show Call>
Show calls
    Allows you to browse and, change
    calls in system, insert new ones,
    and view all info on the call
    selected.

<Show Open Calls>
Show Open Calls
    Allows you to view calls that do
    not have CLOSED in the status
    field. Also you may perform all
    the functions in the Show Calls
    menu are also available.

<Reports Menu>
    Allows you to print reports on the
    data in the svccalls data file.

<By Company>
By Company
    Will print all calls in the
    system, grouped in COMPANY
    sequence.

<Print One Call>
Print One Call
    Will print all the information
    needed for a service call, that is
    selected by the operator.

<General>
General
    In general "Insert" will let you
    add a new record. "Change" will
    let you change the record that is
    highlighted, you may also select
    that record by double clicking on
    it. "Cancel"will let you leave
    without any changes to the
    record."Delete" will delete all
    info on the call Highlighted.

Show all Calls
    This allows you to Scroll thru all
    service calls in the data base,
    then view all the info on a
    specific call, and change it. You
    may also add new calls and delete
    them.

Show Open Calls
    This option will only display the
    calls that do not have CLOSED in
    the status field. You may enter
    new calls, and change the calls
    that are displayed, if you put
    CLOSED in the status field then,
    that call will no longer be
    visible in this menu, you would
    have to go to the Show Calls menu
    to modify it.
