VR-1 to Provide Entertainment Content to Planet Internet

Air Attack and Digital Comics ready to set new standard in Internet
entertainment

MAY 16, 1996 -- Los Angeles, CA - VR-1, Inc. of Boulder, Colorado has
announced an agreement to provide entertainment content to Planet
Internet. This summer, VR-1's Air Attack and Digital Comics will be
available to subscribers of Planet Internet's service in the Netherlands.

Air Attack is a World War II flight simulator created for the online
environment. The fully interactive game is capable of supporting many
players simultaneously. Air Attack's outstanding graphics are a result of
VR-1's proprietary 3-D engine.

Megabot, VR-1's first issue of Digital Comics, features the action-packed
conflict between an evil god and an ultra-powerful cybernetic robot.
Through Digital Comics, users enter an interactive reading environment
that incorporates both outstanding graphics and compelling story lines. In
addition, comic enthusiasts are provided an Internet meeting place.

"This agreement represents an important milestone for VR-1. Planet Internet
is an ideal partner due to their established network and online
experience. The European market offers us an excellent opportunity to
launch our entertainment to the international game enthusiasts who are
anxious for interactive content." Michael Moniz, senior vice president,
VR-1

"We are very excited about working with VR-1. We believe that our
partnership will guarantee that our members will be able to experience
compelling entertainment for a long time to come. Air Attack is a
brilliant game and we know there's a lot more coming our way." Michiel
Frackers, editor-in-chief, Planet Internet
