Six months of customer feedback and testing yield essential utilities suite
specifically designed for the Internet user.

(May 1, 1996 -- San Jose, CA) -- The newest product from Starfish Software,
Inc. -- Starfish Internet Utilities -- is currently being previewed for
selected analysts, customers and media prior to its announcement at Spring
Comdex '96 in Chicago. While some components of Starfish Internet
Utilities were shown on stage during Demo 96 in February, Spring Comdex
will see the formal unveiling of the complete product.

The new product allows Internet users to organize and synchronize
frequently-visited Web sites (including those recorded as Bookmarks in
Netscape Navigator 2.0 and Favorite Places in Microsoft Internet Explorer)
as well as receive notification when sites have been modified.

Starfish Internet Utilities is browser-independent and works with the
latest 32-bit Windows 95 World Wide Web browsers and online tools,
allowing users to switch between online activities within a single,
integrated environment.

Starfish Internet Utilities will ship to customers in North America in
June, 1996. Introductory pricing is expected to be less than $50.

NetClock -- absolutely accurate time so Internet users can easily schedule
communications across time zones.

QuickZip -- easy to use compression and decompression for files make it
simple to upload or download from any site.
