Companies Announce Plans to Integrate CyberCash Technology with SCO's
Internet Family

INTERNET WORLD, San Jose, CA. ( April 29, 1996 ) -- CyberCash, Inc.,
(NASDAQ:CYCH) the leading developer of secure Internet payment solutions,
and SCO (NASDAQ:SCOC), the world's leading supplier of UNIX server and
host system software, today announced plans to bring powerful Internet
commerce tools to the SCO platform. The CyberCash Secure Internet Payment
System will become a component of the SCO Internet Family. SCO will
integrate the CyberCash, CashRegister Merchant Solution with its Internet
Family product offerings to enable secure electronic commerce on the
Internet.

Toolware CD-ROM for all SCO Developers.

Secure CyberShopping

The CyberCash CashRegister, a secure Merchant payment Service, provides
software integration modules into a server platform which accept payments
made with the CyberCash Wallet over the Internet and receives the
information necessary to processing a credit card, electronic check or
coin transaction. The CyberCash system is designed to build on and to be
compatible with existing financial institution infrastructure, and allows
CyberCash merchants to process transactions with US credit card
processors.
