HoloByte, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBYT) announced today its SimTex Software studio
is developing Agents of Justice, an action-packed game that combines
strategy, role-playing and animated adventure. The game will be developed
under the MicroProse" brand and distributed worldwide.

As an agent of justice, your job is to protect the world from mad
scientists, supervillians, evil masterminds all bent on destroying the
world, said Steve Barcia, designer at SimTex Software.

GAME CONCEPTS

Agents of Justice takes place in the year 2091, a time when youth gangs,
organized crime, drug lords and foreign criminal organizations run rampant
and unchecked by conventional police forces.

Players must lead their team of agents through various missions against
these evil forces in an attempt to defeat the villians quest for world
domination. In a final showdown that will determine the fate of mankind,
gamers face Dr. Demonicus Armageddon.

FEATURES

People may challenge others directly via local area network (LAN) or modem.
Gamers may customize their own heroes or select from 16 premade heroes. To
ensure replayability, both heroes and villains will possess more than 46
powers, 32 modifications and 17 skills that can be adjusted. Combat
modifications such as armor piercing and autofire can be turned off or on
for the most effective combination of attacks. Numerous action-oriented
attack and reaction sequences will also be available.

Other features will include captivating 3-D graphics and randomly generated
multilevel isometric combat maps.
