JetForm Strengthens ACE Program, Intensifies Internet and Workflow Reseller
Efforts

NEWPORT BEACH, CALIF., VARVISION -- MAY 15, 1996 -- JetForm Corporation
(NASDAQ:FORMF) today announced enhancements to its successful ACE Reseller
Program that will directly address the growing needs of systems
integrators, VARs and consultants through an expanded focus on
communication, services, marketing/sales tools and support programs.
JetForm's channel sales initiative has resulted in rapid revenue growth,
bringing electronic forms-based workflow solutions to customers via VARs,
systems integrators and OEMs.

The ACE Program, introduced at VarVision in October 1995, has contributed
to JetForm successfully increasing its indirect sales to 70 percent of the
company's revenue. This, coupled with the 80 percent increase in overall
indirect sales revenues from the previous year, demonstrates a strong
commitment by JetForm to develop a world-leading channel. Over the past
six months, JetForm has worked closely with the ACE members to fine tune
the program to the mutual success of JetForm and its alliances, resulting
in program enhancements and added resources to grow and assist the
channel.

The enhanced program will provide authorized ACE members qualified leads
developed from targeted marketing campaigns and the company's world wide
web site. To further assist ACE members JetForm provides technical
support, access to "members only" information and listings in the
solutions section on JetForm's Homepage. Qualified and certified levels
may receive sales and product training, access to market development
funds, evaluation software and access to ACE advisory councils. Members at
the certified level can participate in JetForm's beta development program
with on-site access to JetForm's systems engineers, along with the new
Train-the-Trainer program.

significant increase in sales resources in North America, JetForm is
positioned to assist in the large-scale adoption of automated forms and
workflow technology.

The ACE Reseller Program offers partners three levels of participation,
providing a range of sales and marketing support and resources that
facilitate development and distribution of workflow and forms solutions: a
registered, qualified and certified level. Enhancements to the ACE Program
allow JetForm resellers to leverage JetForm's Intranet/Web technology and
expertise in developing innovative electronic forms and workflow solutions
