HARPERKIDS' INTERACTIVE ANNOUNCES PUBLISHING PARTNERSHIP WITH MORGAN
INTERACTIVE

New York, NY.... April 29, 1996 -- HarperKids' Interactive, a division of
global book giant HarperCollins Publishers, today announced a publishing
partnership with Morgan Interactive, the San Francisco-based multimedia
development company. The partnership is multi-tiered, calling for the
production of three history CD-ROM titles geared for children ages 7-12 --
Morgan's Adventures in Colonial America; Morgan's Adventures in Ancient
Greece; Morgan's Adventures in Ancient Egypt -- as well as the creation of
a series of book products based on the Morgan character.

"The early history education market has been largely ignored by the
multimedia industry. Through this new relationship we have the opportunity
to make a significant impact on this important subject area with the
creation of the Morgan's Adventures in History series," said Peter
Clifton, vice president, HarperKids' Interactive. "We think the Morgan
character has great potential and look forward to building the brand."

Morgan, a hip, irreverent monkey, and his collection of zany pals lead kids
ages 7-12 on fun-filled interactive journeys to times and cultures of the
past. Fabulous animations, story lines, games, activities and humor-filled
activities create exciting ways for kids to learn about history. The
Morgan's Adventures in History series is led by the introduction of
Morgan's Adventures in Colonial America, a fast paced scavenger hunt
through Colonial America to rescue the Declaration of Independence.
Morgan's Adventures in Ancient Greece, an updated and enhanced version of
Morgan Interactive's critically acclaimed Recess in Greece, follows Morgan
as he travels through Greek history.

"We are extremely pleased to be entering into this partnership with
HarperCollins," said Ed Dua, president of Morgan Interactive. "Harper's
established reputation in children's publishing along with their powerful
distribution mechanisms will provide us with the opportunity to bring the
fun and excitement of Morgan to children through books as well as computer
software."

The first two hybrid CD-ROM titles -- Colonial America and Ancient Greece
will be released in fall 1996 with suggested retail prices of $34.95. A
unique website will be created for the Morgan titles and will have various
activities that will compliment the CD-ROMs. Morgan's Adventures in
Ancient Egypt will be released in the spring of 1997. In addition, three
books based on the Morgan's Adventures in History series are also in
development for publication in 1997. These books will be based on Morgan
and his journeys through time.
