EMD Trakker provides an easy to use system for the small to medium size
company for help desk and asset tracking purposes

May 14, 1996 -- EMD Enterprises introduces EMD Trakker Lite and EMD Trakker
for Networks, Windows based help desk and asset tracking systems. EMD
Trakker Lite is for standalone workstations while the network version
allows for workstations across a network to update and share information
within the EMD Trakker modules.

As organizations continue to downsize and redistribute their resources, it
becomes critical to be able to efficiently track and maintain a companies
assets. The EMD Trakker line is designed to provide a simple low cost
solution for organizations that are now finding a need to automate their
help desk facilities.

EMD Trakker's input screens allow for a PC Analyst to quickly and easily
search for words, phrases, or parts of words within any field on the
screen for answers to customers questions. If a problem from one customer
was reported previously, an analyst can quickly search for that problem
and review the quick notes for a solution. By allowing the system to store
and maintain information on your customers, your support personnel can
react quickly and more efficiently to your end-users needs.

The Asset tracking module makes it easy to store information on equipment,
software, warranties, and configurations. If an employee is reassigned to
as new department or location, then their current system can be allocated
to others within the group or transfer to the new assignment.

Reports can be generated to provide printed records of the information
stored within the modules. Customizing reports is done through a drag and
drop design screen and information can be added to the report by simply
dropping the fields onto the report page. Quick reports can be generated
and edited as needed. Included with the EMD Trakker system are
pre-designed reports that can be edited and saved for future use and
automation.

Reports can include graphics to give them that professional look and can be
previewed before printing to insure that the layout and information is
correct. Each version of EMD Trakker includes the following modules:

Help Desk module

-This module provides easy to use input screens for reporting and tracking
of incident calls from end users.

Asset tracking module

-This module allows for the tracking of corporate assets and resources
within an organization.

Software and Hardware Vendor Database module

-A comprehensive listing of almost 1,000 vendors includes phone, technical
support, and BBS numbers and can be updated and added to as needed.

Reporting Module

-Includes standard and custom reports for outputting information that can
be distributed throughout the organization.

Network Diagnostic Software

-Allows an analyst to select individual workstations across a network and
view configuration information from the workstation such as network driver
information and operating system.

On-line Help System and manuals

-A complete listing of all of the features and functions of the system as
well as the complete users manual.
