NEW ONLINE HELP FOR CAREGIVERS TO THE ELDERLY

Roswell, GA. ElderCare Financial Management, Inc. of Roswell, GA.
announces the launch of the first world wide web site of it's kind for
people caring for an elderly parent or loved one. The web site, located at
http://www.mindspring.com/~eldrcare/elderweb.htm, is the first of its kind
to provide a broad spectrum of information and help on aging issues.
Anyone with a web browser can access this site 24 hours per day, 7 days
per week, and do so free of charge.

According to Laura Beller, President of ElderCare, "this web site is unique
because it fills the information void that most caregivers face as they
deal with the issues and challenges of caregiving. Before this web site
was created, there wasn't just one place that people could turn to in
order to get the different types of information and help they need. This
site makes it possible for people to get information on issues like
Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, etc., locate elder care resources
nationwide, read about the experiences of other caregivers, and read an
online elder care advice column.

FINDING THE RESOURCES YOU NEED - "most caregivers live at a distance from
their aging parents, and always struggle to locate local sources of help.
By searching our online resource directory, caregivers can search for
elder care service providers by state." States Ms. Beller, "we'll have all
types of service providers from elder law attorneys, care managers, and
home health agencies to nursing homes, retirement communities, assisted
living facilities, and viatical settlement companies that caregivers can
choose from."

ONLINE ADVICE COLUMN - "we want to make this site very responsive to
individual caregiver needs and have started a weekly advice column to do
just that," states Beller. "Anyone can write or send an e-mail with
questions they have on aging. We'll answer a new question each week in
this online column. Past columns have focused on Alzheimer's, 1996
Medicare benefits, cancer policies, HUD housing."

SHARING THE EXPERIENCES OF OTHER CAREGIVERS - "each month, the real life
story of a caregiver will appear." Ms. Beller goes on to say that "we feel
that these stories help the writer that shares these experiences with
others, as much as it helps caregivers to read about what others have gone
through. Caregivers can see that they're not alone with their frustration,
grief, guilt and other emotions they're experiencing."

GETTING INFORMATION - the informational needs of caregivers is always
changing. We link visitors to the site into other important online
resources such as the Social Security Administration, Medicare, and
Medicaid, as well as letting them know about other sources of free
information and help.
