Management Software Now a Reality on the World Wide Web

Internet World, San Jose, CA (April 30, 1996) - DocuMagix, Inc., publisher
of DocuMagix HotPage for Netscape Navigator, and CyberSource Corporation,
the Internet industry's leading electronic distribution company, today
announced an agreement under which CyperSource's software.net

the DocuMagix HotPage Web Cargo Program.

The DocuMagix HotPage Web Cargo Program provides Web commerce providers,
Web content providers, online advertisers and direct marketers, and
company Intranet webmasters a powerful facility to deliver live, online
content to Internet and Intranet users.

Under the Web Cargo Program, content providers can utilize the free HotPage
Discovery Edition to deliver live "content cargo", completely defined by
themselves, to their online user communities, embedded within the
intuitive cabinet/drawer/folder interface of DocuMagix HotPage. Content
providers can also sign up to commercially distribute the full Release 1.0

to users along with the software.

"As a company committed to the delivery of software over the Internet, we
are excited about launching the DocuMagix HotPage Web Cargo Program via

"Having relevant, online content available to users as "hot cargo" allows
us to add more value to our customers. The commercial and freeware
versions of DocuMagix HotPage delivered via software.net will contain
valuable user information, promotions and incentives which will be
regularly updated, and contribute to the growth of electronic distribution
as a fulfillment and marketing vehicle. CyberSource, as a pioneer in the
field of electronic software distribution, is pleased to join with
DocuMagix in the initiative," McKiernan concluded.

"The DocuMagix HotPage Web Cargo Program is an innovative program that
allows Internet content providers to preview and sample live content from
their websites, deliver and track marketing promotions, and facilitates
the delivery of mission-critical Intranet content within corporations via
our easy to use cabinet of 'content cargo', " said Al Sisto, president and
CEO of DocuMagix, Inc. "We believe CyberSource Corporation, with their
industry leading software.net site on the World Wide Web, is the perfect
partner to help us launch this project into the industry. Versions of
DocuMagix HotPage provided by software.net will contain innovative content
and promotions for offline browsing with Netscape Navigator, thus
delivering more power, productivity, and choice to the Internet user,"
