DocuMagix HotPage Puts Online Content to Work for You!

Cool Web Sites Turn Into Hot Pages Starting May 7

Internet World, San Jose, CA (April 30, 1996) - DocuMagix HotPage, the
first companion application for Netscape Navigator that captures,
organizes, and manages World Wide Web and Intranet information and
content, will be available for purchase online beginning May 7 at a
suggested price of $39. The retail version of DocuMagix HotPage, which
includes Netscape Navigator 2.0, will be available starting the week of
May 13 from computer retailers nationwide at a suggested street price of
$79. For the first time, Web browsers, Internet surfers, and online
netizens of all kinds can take web-based information and turn it into
useful desktop-based content.

"Information and content are the driving forces behind the Web's
popularity," said George Skaff, vice president of marketing at DocuMagix,
Inc. "DocuMagix HotPage helps users take full advantage of this rich
resource and put the information to work for them in their local
environment."

Although the Internet's World Wide Web is packed with valuable information
and content, most users resort to printing out any data they want to keep
for reference or repurpose for reports or other uses. DocuMagix HotPage
captures Web pages with one click and saves them in HTML format or as
"electronic paper" that can be easily integrated with computer-based
documents. Web pages are stored in an intuitive, electronic "file cabinet"
with their live URLs automatically embedded in the saved documents. Once
in DocuMagix HotPage, users can manipulate, print, fax, and even merge Web
documents with other Windows documents. Links to the Web can be embedded
in any document saved in the DocuMagix HotPage file cabinet, thereby
providing points of reference and updated information for work in
progress.
