FUNNYBONE INTERACTIVE TAKES KIDS ON THE RIDE OF THEIR LIVES IN "EAT MY
DUST"

HIGH-SPEED, 3-D ROAD RACE DEBUTS AS ONE OF THE FIRST KIDS' ENTERTAINMENT
TITLE TO OFFER ACCESS TO FREE HEAD-TO-HEAD PLAY VIA THE INTERNET

LOS ANGELES, MAY 16, 1996 -- Jammed with next-generation cars, classic
cartoon gags and blazing sound effects, Eat My Dust -- a high-speed, 3-D
road racing game for kids -- was announced by FUNNYBONE Interactive, a
division of Davidson & Associates, Inc., at the E3 trade show beginning
today. Eat My Dust debuts as one of the first kids' entertainment titles
to offer access to free head-to-head play via the Internet.

To race via the Internet, a player simply selects the Internet option from
the game's main screen, and with a single click, is automatically
connected to the Eat My Dust server. Once logged on, the player can select
from a list of opponents that s/he wishes to race. If the other player
accepts the challenge, the Eat My Dust server connects the two players to
one another directly and the race begins. FUNNYBONE Interactive charges no
hourly or monthly fees to connect to their server. In order to play
on-line, access to the Internet is required, and players are responsible
for applicable on-line access fees.

Players start their engines by choosing from a selection of outrageous
cars, zany drivers who act as their "alter egos," and exhilarating 3-D
racing tracks with twisting levels of difficulty. Screeching with
futuristic cars, hilarious drivers, classic cartoon gags and sizzling
music, Eat My Dust offers young aspiring IndyCar champions the chance to
outpace and outsmart their opponents as they vie for first place.

"Eat My Dust captures the excitement of high-speed road racing, and uses
multimedia to make the experience so much more exhilarating," says Mike
Albanese, executive producer of Eat My Dust. "The 3-D experience of
feeling the speed of racing, the sensation of careening around corners and
the thrill of hurling rubber chickens at other drivers is truly unique.
What makes it even more exciting is the ability to play head-to-head with
other racers around the world via the Internet."

Eat My Dust is expected to be available at most major computer retail
stores, mass merchants and toy stores in Windows" 95 CD-ROM format during
the 1996 holiday season for approximately $40.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

In Eat My Dust, players have a choice of five cars to drive -- ranging from
futuristic rocket cars to outlandish street racers -- and five hilarious
characters to be their "alter egos." Kids can then race within four unique
3-D environments: an alien planet, a desert, a city and an Indy-style
racing circuit. Each environment offers three racing tracks with varying
degrees of difficulty.

Speed and driving skill are key to winning the race, but players can also
gain distance on their opponents by pulling cartoon-like gags such as
laser beams, rubber chicken missiles and fog bombs. A variety of obstacles
-- such as potholes, oil slicks and creature crossings -- appear at
random, making each race even more unpredictable.

Players also need to be on the lookout for the Road Hog, a big pig in a
little car who weaves, hogs the road and honks his horn in attempt to
spoil the race.

Using a keyboard, joystick or steering wheel, players can approach Eat My
Dust as a one or two-player game. In one-player mode, drivers can race the
clock, go head-to-head against the computer, or rally with a pack of
computer-controlled opponents. In two-player mode, two drivers can compete
head-to-head on a single computer or via the Internet free-of-charge.
