America Online and Slingo Inc. Announce Slingo in the AOL Games Channel

It's more than Bingo... It's more than Slots... It's Slingo

Vienna, VA/Ridgewood , NJ, May 14, 1996 -- America Online and Slingo Inc.
announced an exclusive agreement today to bring Slingo, an engaging
multiplayer, family-oriented game with a classic casino feel, to the AOL
Games Channel (Keyword: Slingo).

Slingo is a unique new game concept of chance and strategy combining
characteristics of two universally popular games: bingo and slot machines.
Up to 15 people can compete and chat in every game. Slingo will be
available in the AOL Games Channel in June, and will be demonstrated at
the America Online booth #3333 at the E3 show in Los Angeles May 16-18.

Slingo was originally created as a vehicle for a television game show by
Slingo's co-founder Sal Falciglia Sr.. Along with his partner, Lou Del
Prete, they began developing the game with television in mind.

"I wanted to come up with a game that had the excitement, energy, and the
exhilaration of a casino, " said Mr. Falciglia. "Slingo will provide that
to players of all ages."

"We became aware of Slingo's versatility early in the development process
and found the game was suitable to a variety of media, from online and
CD-ROM to casino gaming," said Mr. Del Prete. "Several versions of Slingo
have been designed which can be adapted for online play, and AOL's more
than 5.5 million members will be the first online players."

Slingo Inc. is headquartered in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Sal Falciglia, a
former casino owner and real estate developer and Lou Del Prete, an Emmy
Award winning television producer, joined forces 18 months ago to form
Slingo Inc. The game's software design was implemented by John Driscoll
and Bob Bielecki.
