Preview Vacations and America Online Unveil AOL One World Travel

State-of-the-Art Reservation System to Serve AOL and Web Communities

San Francisco, CA/Vienna, VA -- May 6 , 1996 -- Preview Vacations, Inc. and
America Online (AOL) introduced today a new airline ticketing service for
members of AOL, the nation's largest online service. AOL One World Travel
(Keyword: Reservations) is an easy-to-use airline ticketing system that
enables AOL members to act as their own travel agents. In addition to
airline ticketing, which is available immediately, car and hotel
reservations will be available later this year. The new ticketing service
will also be available this summer on the World Wide Web as part of
Preview Vacations' Web site (http://www.vacations.com).

"Before AOL One World Travel, online airline ticketing seemed too confusing
to be a viable consumer product," explains Ted Leonsis, President of
America Online Services. "AOL One World Travel changes all of that, and
puts the power of personalized travel reservations into the hands of AOL
and Web users."

Point, Click and Fly

Preview Vacations was selected by AOL to implement and service AOL's main
airline reservation system. AOL One World Travel enables users to book
one-way, round-trip and multi-leg trips and to choose between coach,
business and first-class fares. Users have a lowest-available-fare option
on all selected itineraries and can price tickets on the airlines of their
choice. AOL One World Travel's ease of use and flexibility are
incomparable in a consumer-based airline reservation system.

"AOL One World Travel eliminates the need for users to learn the arcane
computer commands that take travel agents years to master," explains
Barrie Seidenberg, Vice President of Preview Vacations. "AOL One World
Travel's interface and technology enable users to book tickets based on
their own preferences, quickly and easily, seven days a week."

The unique reservation system enables users to create a detailed profile of
their travel and ticketing preferences. The system, for example, can store
and process information on an individual's various preferences including
seating (aisle, window, etc.), frequent-flyer information, dietary
requirements (vegetarian, low-fat, etc.) and home/departure city. This
information can be updated at any time, and becomes part of a user's
stored profile for future purchases on the system.

Users can save up to five different profiles for personal, business or
group/family travel purposes.

AOL One World Travel will connect to two leading reservation systems.
APOLLO will be available immediately and Worldspan will be available in
coming months -- providing complete access to schedule, fare and
availability information on over 700 airlines worldwide.

Exclusive Online Travel Agency

Fulfillment and support of AOL One World Travel reservations are handled by
Preview Vacations' trained staff of travel professionals. The company has
cyber-literate customer-support agents available via email and phone to
help customers with their reservations and ticketing. Booking and
reservations are available to AOL users at no additional charge, and
tickets are delivered via second-day air.

Preview Vacations is the first travel agency in the United States to sell
exclusively in online venues. Its existing sites on AOL (keyword:
vacations) and the Web (http://www.vacations.com) attract approximately
one million visitors a month. AOL One World Travel, which is expected to
attract an even larger monthly audience, can be found on AOL at keyword:
reservations.
