impressive electronic playground ever, thanks to an innovative new
generation of graphics display and acceleration technologies.

The Gateway 2000 Destination Big Screen PC is the world's first system to
effectively combine the power of an advanced PC with the eye-popping
visuals of a wide-screen home entertainment TV. Gateway's Destination
incorporates an expansive 31-inch TV/VGA monitor, a wireless keyboard, a
wireless trackball/mouse, a communications center and a generous bundle of
software. With these features, Gateway 2000 expects Destination to become
the game and home entertainment system of the future.

STB System's VIDEO RAGE graphics card provides the full-motion,
flicker-free acceleration that brings better-than-TV resolution to the
Destination Big Screen PC. The VIDEO RAGE board employs an on-board GUI
and digital video accelerator, using 2MB of VRAM for display modes up to
1024x768 pixels.

VIDEO RAGE is a PCI bus card that is fully MicrosoftR Plug-and-Play 1.0a
compliant and which meets PCI 2.1 specification requirements. The STB
VIDEO RAGE is also a cable-ready television tuner capable of receiving
more than 125-channels and accepting composite or S-Video input, while
delivering near-HDTV output performance. The integrated digital video
scaler provides window control from full-screen to icon size.

Additional STB VIDEO RAGE features include: NTSC to YUV video decoder
capable of supporting up to three input sources; standard VGA and VESA
graphics modes up to 1024x7698 at 75Hz, non-interlaced; GUI accelerator
capable of more than 20 million Winmarks (Winbench 4.0 P5-75).

VIDEO RAGE expands STB's extensive line of multimedia graphics
accelerators. STB is a leading worldwide source of DRAM-based GUI
accelerators, and specializes in working with game developers and others
to provide affordable and technically superior board solutions.

The Gateway 2000 Destination Big Screen PC, which is available for viewing
at the Computer Game Developers Conference 1996, also incorporates STB's
