NETSCAPE SHIPS COLLABRA SHARE 2.2

LEADING GROUP CONFERENCING PRODUCT NOW PROVIDES OFFLINE REMOTE CAPABILITIES
FOR MOBILE USERS

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (April 11, 1996) -- Netscape Communications
Corporation today announced Collabra Share 2.2, a new version of the
award-winning information sharing and group conferencing software.
Collabra Share 2.2 delivers broad support for offline use of Collabra
Share. The new Personal Replication feature allows mobile workers to
easily collaborate with others from anywhere, at any time, without
requiring a live connection to a network.

"Collabra Share 2.2 delivers remote support to provide today's increasing
number of mobile professionals with access to real-time information," said
Eric Hahn, vice president of enterprise technologies at Netscape.
"Collabra Share 2.2 also exemplifies Netscape's ongoing commitment to
providing world-class collaboration capabilities to our customers."

With Collabra Share 2.2, forums can be easily copied from a server to a
laptop computer and then synchronized using Collabra's robust replication
technology. Users can choose to carry one or more forums on their laptop,
either temporarily or permanently, and when working offline they can read
and post new documents.

The Personal Replication feature includes advanced capabilities for optimal
performance and control, such as

* Determining the maximum document size for a personal copy of
a forum. Larger documents are automatically truncated so that
there are no missing documents from a discussion.
* Synchronizing all personal forums with a single operation.
* Optional full-text indexing of personal forums.
* Determining which forums can be replicated as personal copies.
* Stopping and then resuming synchronization without requiring a
re-start of the entire synchronization process.

Additional features simplify forum maintenance for moderators and
administrators and further reduce Collabra Share's total cost of
ownership. In addition to the capabilities already available in Collabra
Share, the new features introduced in Collabra Share 2.2 are scheduled to
be available in future versions of Netscape Navigator.

Collabra Share 2.2 is available as a free upgrade to Collabra customers
with current support contracts. Collabra Share 2.2 is now available at a
price of $49 per user. For more information on Collabra Share 2.2, please
consult the Collabra Web site at http://www.collabra.com.
