NetSoft's NS/Router Licensed by Five Major Software Vendors in Europe, Asia
and the Middle East.

Already the de facto Windows-to-AS/400 connectivity standard in the USA,
NS/Router technology is now connecting across the globe.

IRVINE, CA, April 22, 1996 -- NetSoft, the worldwide leader in
Windows-to-AS/400 communications technology, announced today that five
international software suppliers have licensed the NetSoft/Router
(NS/Router) and related software products. NS/Router, NetSoft's ubiquitous
Windows-to-AS/400 connectivity engine, will be incorporated in the
software vendors' respective product lines.

Intercom, Inc., headquartered in Japan, has licensed NetSoft's 16-bit and
32-bit NS/Router which runs under Microsoft's Windows 3.X operating
system.

Madec Computing Ltd., headquartered in Ireland, has licensed the 16-bit
NS/Router, as well as NetSoft's AS/400 data transfer and submit remote
command technologies. NetSoft's AS/400 data transfer technology provides
SQL-based queries from Windows. NetSoft's AS/400 submit remote command
technology provides Windows software access to IBM's AS/400 job facility.

Apulse Technology Communications, Ltd., headquartered in Taiwan, has
licensed the 16-bit and 32-bit NS/Router and NetSoft's NS/Folders
software. NS/Folders provides native Windows access to the AS/400-based
Shared Folders facility.

Z-nax Communications, Ltd., headquartered in Israel, has licensed both the
16-bit and 32-bit versions of NS/Router. The 32-bit NS/Router runs under
Microsoft's Windows NT and Windows 95 operating systems.

Finally, CGS International, headquartered in Taiwan has licensed the 16-bit
NS/Router.

"NS/Router is the software of choice for users who need easy and flexible
Windows-to-AS/400 connectivity," said Raymond Chan, NetSoft's Vice
President of Business Development. "More and more software vendors around
the world have now determined that NetSoft has in fact established a de
facto standard with NS/Router and are coming to us for our
state-of-the-art software technology."

With the largest installed base of any AS/400-related software product,
NS/Router is also licensed by such industry leaders as IBM, Novell, and
Attachmate. In addition, it provides the industry-standard link to over
200 client/server applications offered by affiliated Independent Software
Vendors (ISVs).

"At our current growth rate, we are predicting that by 1997 we'll be
shipping 2 million copies of NS/Router per year," said Chan.

As an IBM Business Partner and a Microsoft Solution Provider, NetSoft
provides the connections that link together the seemingly diverse worlds
of IBM and Microsoft. Founded in 1980, NetSoft offers a comprehensive
family of PC-to-AS/400 and PC-to-mainframe software products for Windows,
