Extron's CD 400 Exhibits Professional Quality

Anaheim, CA -- Extron's CD 400 is a professional quality, comb filter, quad
standard Composite Video decoder designed to convert video to an analog
RS-170 standard RGBS/RGBHV signal so that all sources in a system
(computer and video) may be switched or distributed as an analog RGB
signal. Using digital technology, the CD 400 can output a high quality
image from NTSC, S-Video (S-VHS), PAL and SECAM video formats.

Applications of the CD 400, such as displaying RGB video signals on RGB
monitors and routing video through RGB switching and distribution systems,
make it a valuable and versatile component of a system. Hue and Gamma
controls are provided to achieve optimum picture quality. Dual input
connectors allow separate inputs for both Composite Video and S-Video with
an auto detect circuit to automatically switch to whichever input has an
active signal. This input selection can be controlled via remote control
or front panel buttons.

The CD 400 (115 volts P/N 60-145-01, 230 volts P/N 60-145-02) lists for
$1,595. For a closer look at the CD 400, stop by Extron's Booth #M4532 at
