Dialogic Ships VRSoft Speech Recognition Software

Provides a Cost Effective Automatic Speech Recognition Solution for Global
Markets

PARSIPPANY, NJ -- April 11, 1996 -- Dialogic Corporation (NASDAQ-DLGC), the
world's leading manufacturer of high performance, standards-based computer
telephony (CT) components, announced today that it is now shipping VRSoft
for DOS from Voice Control Systems, Inc.(VCS) (NASDAQ:VCSI).

VRSoft is a discrete, speaker independent speech recognition software
engine used in conjunction with Dialogic's D/21D, D/41D, D/41E and D/41ESC
voice boards. VRSoft delivers either two or four shared channels of
automated speech recognition and is ideally suited for small to medium
sized voice messaging, interactive voice response (IVR), and automated
attendant systems.

For the first time, developers can build advanced, cost effective
applications by adding an inexpensive speech recognizer. VRSoft does not
require additional dedicated voice recognition hardware, which greatly
reduces the cost of adding speech recognition to an application.

VRSoft's 16 word speaker-independent vocabulary is supported in more than
40 languages, making it an attractive solution for global developers. In
addition, VRSoft can overcomes the barriers experienced by rotary phone
users creating , and creates new opportunitiesy for developers who sell
systems in areas of the worldU.S. and abroad, where touch tone service is
still not widely available.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY

VRSoft is priced at $150 (US) per channel: The four channel version is $600
for the four channel version and the $300 for the two channel version.

for DOS-based systems. Future operating systems, including Windows, are
planned for later in the year. The two channel version can be upgraded to
four channels to accommodate future growth.
