NOLO PRESS PARTNERS WITH WOW! FROM COMPUSERVE TO OFFER LEGAL SELF-HELP
INFORMATION

COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 8, 1996 -- WOW! from CompuServe today announced its
partnership with Nolo Press, the premier self-help legal publisher, to
provide online legal information to consumers through CompuServe's new
online service.

The publisher of easy-to-use books and software on consumer law subjects
will serve as a key content provider on WOW!, providing legal self-help
information throughout the WOW! Law Community. Nolo Press will work with
the WOW! editorial staff to adapt information, taken from their catalogue
of over 100 products, specifically for WOW! members. Written in layman's
terms, online articles will be adapted from Nolo articles and books.
Topics will range from family law (divorce and child custody), and estate
planning (wills and living trusts), to personal finance (credit and debt)
and workplace rights (hiring, firing and sexual harassment).

"Our commitment to WOW! members is to offer legal information they can
understand," said Scott Kauffman, vice president of consumer markets and
general manager of WOW! "Nolo helps us meet that commitment by providing a
variety of choices on legal topics ranging from debt to divorce, and from
wills to rights in the workplace."

Linda Hanger, president of Nolo, explains why the partnership is ideal:
"Nolo Press and WOW! from CompuServe were both born of the need and desire
to offer consumers ready access to information that is truly user-friendly
and cost effective. We look forward the synergies of providing practical
legal information through WOW!, a service designed for all levels of
user."
