BLENHEIM GROUP USA LAUNCHES WEB.X -- THE INTERNET EVENT FOR
BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS BUYERS -- AT PC EXPO NEW YORK & CHICAGO

New Electronic Commerce Event Will Serve New York and Chicago -- the
Nation's #1 and #2 Corporate, Media, Financial, Manufacturing and Business
Services Markets

(Fort Lee, NJ, January 25) -- PC EXPO In New York, the largest
business-to-business computer trade show will host the inaugural WEB.X --
the Internet Event for Business, June 18-20, 1996 at the Jacob Javits
Convention Center in New York. WEB.X, a new launch for Blenheim Group USA,
has received the exclusive sponsorship of the Association of Online
Professionals (AOP), the primary professional association for the online
industry.

"PC EXPO exhibitors know that they will reach business and corporate
professionals. Exhibitors at WEB.X -- the Internet Business Event will
leverage the unmatched buying power of the show's attendee audience,"
explained Mark Dineen, vice president of Blenheim Group USA. Hundreds of
major new products and services were announced at PC EXPO in New York in
1995; the 1996 show will offer WEB.X exhibitors an unparalleled
marketplace for their new technologies.

WEB.X -- the Internet Business Event, will feature the Internet, World Wide
Web, Intranet, e-mail and online communications, products and technologies
for the business professional. The launch of WEB.X at PC EXPO In New York
sets the stage for WEB.X, alongside PC EXPO In Chicago, the leading
Midwest information technology event, September 24-26,1996 at McCormick
Place East.

"There is undisputed synergy between PC EXPO and WEB.X -- PCs are the
primary gateway to the wired world. For fourteen years, PC EXPO has been
the most important business-to-business event in the computer industry,
presenting a powerful buying and educational forum for corporate computer
professionals. By running concurrently with PC EXPO, WEB.X is guaranteed
an audience of more than 100,000 volume buyers and is poised to become the
definitive event serving the burgeoning Internet industry," said Mr.
Dineen.

More than 90% of PC EXPO attendees are directly involved in the purchasing
decisions for Internet products and services and attendees plan to spend
more than $5 million on computer hardware/peripherals and software. In
addition, less than 3% of the PC EXPO audience attends any other Internet
show .

AOP members work on five continents where they manage and maintain
computer-based communication systems that include Internet Service
Provider systems, forums on major online services, business sites on the
World Wide Web and BBS systems. AOP will actively promote the WEB.X events
in its newsletters, online forums, BBS, and Internet mail lists, and will
hold its annual membership conference at WEB.X in Chicago.

"Businesses all over the world are utilizing online services and developing
Web sites to communicate with their customers, employees, shareholders,
and the public," said Dave McClure, executive director of AOP. "The WEB.X
events at PC EXPO will provide a focused marketplace for Internet
providers, implementers, corporate and public BBS SysOps, and other
professionals to view the latest technologies, hear expert advice, find
services they need, and network with their peers.

"Other organizers courted our sponsorship. But Blenheim's leadership with
PC EXPO and the buyer profile of its attendees are a perfect match for the
selling interests of our association's members. PC EXPO will give our
members access to more than 100,000 highly qualified corporate buyers.
That's an exceptional business value to AOP members and other companies
that exhibit," Mr. McClure added.

AOP is a non-profit service and support organization that exists to foster
and promote the growth of individuals, organizations and companies that
