SIRIUS PUBLISHING SIGNS 'STAR TREK' ACTRESS AS SPOKESPERSON

Terry Farrell from 'Deep Space Nine' to Host Multimedia CD-ROM Mystery

(Scottsdale, AZ) February 12, 1996 -- Sirius Publishing today announced
that it has signed actor Terry Farrell, star of the television series
"Star Trek: Deep Space Nine," as "celebrity host and spiritual guide" for
the company's "Treasure Quest" multimedia CD-ROM mystery. Due for release
on March 22, 1996, "Treasure Quest" awards a single grand prize of $1
million to the first player to successfully solve the clues and unravel
the mystery behind the game in accordance with official game rules.

A former model, Farrell boasts numerous credits in both film and
television, including the motion pictures "Back to School" with Rodney
Dangerfield and "Hellraiser Part III." Her television performances have
included "Beverly Hills Madam" with Faye Dunaway, "Deliberate Stranger"
with Mark Harmon, and "Star", from Danielle Steel's best-selling novel.
She currently plays Lt. Jadzia Dax on the "Star Trek" series.

"Treasure Quest" will feature Farrell as each of the 10 different
apparitions who appear throughout the mystery to lead the player and offer
clues. She will also serve as the "Treasure Quest" spokesperson and will
promote the product on national and local television, radio, major
consumer publications, and in-store promotions.

"We are ecstatic to have someone with Terry's star quality, beauty -- and
skill -- to act within the mystery and to help promote it on the outside
as well," said Sirius CEO Richard Gnant. "Her capacity to play 10
different characters in the game with such elan is testimony to her great
acting ability, and we think she will be instrumental in selling the game.
Plus, she's just fun to be around."

"Treasure Quest" is a high-tech encore to a book that was published more
than 15 years ago in England.

Written by Kit Williams, "Masquerade" caused a sensation and mobilized the
entire United Kingdom into one of the largest and most widely publicized
treasure hunts in history. More than one million copies were sold and
newspaper accounts depicted teams of fortune seekers digging up parts of
the countryside looking for the buried treasure, a jewel-studded gold
rabbit. Sirius will award an unprecedented $1-million cash prize to the
first player who successfully solves the mystery. The company is touting
many elements beyond the cash prize that make "Treasure Quest" unique: a
disc laden with clues comprising rich and unique graphics and video rarely
seen in a typical title, one that combines state-of-the-art technology
with old-fashioned human interactivity, and visual and audio clues that
motivate players to look beyond their computer for answers.

The CD-ROM disc will also have a direct link to a "Treasure Quest" web site
(http://www.treasurequest.com) on the Internet to help facilitate the
interaction of players in seeking answers.

In addition to the mystery's CD-ROM, clues may also be found on a bonus
audio CD that captures the full flavor of "Treasure Quest" with an
original soundtrack.
