New WebTrader SQL Powered By BackOffice

LOS ANGELES, CA. FEBRUARY 7, 1996 -- SBT Internet Systems, a leading
supplier of electronic commerce software solutions, today announced their
commitment to support and develop products based on Microsoft BackOffice.
In addition to moving SBT's 500 Internet clients to Microsoft Internet
Information Server, SBT is announcing WebTrader SQL, an Internet order
entry system, using Microsoft's BackOffice. The combination of WebTrader
SQL and Microsoft BackOffice will allow robust, secure transaction
processing and server-enforced data integrity.

SBT connects existing business applications to the Internet using links to
established information systems. These links will use the
Microsoft-sponsored Internet Services Application Programming Interface
(ISAPI) as a programming interface to Microsoft BackOffice and SBT
products and services built on Microsoft BackOffice.

"SBT's home page service, WebStreet, has the largest installed base of
independent companies conducting on-line commerce using Microsoft Windows
NT Server. Microsoft Internet Information Server provides better
performance, and a more reliable and secure platform for publishing and
application development, it is unmatched in the marketplace today," said
David Harris, President of SBT Internet Systems, "In addition, it's simple
to install, cost-effective and easy to maintain."

"We're excited about these new products from SBT and their decision to
utilize Internet Information Server and SQL Server as the technology
platform for creating their line of Web-based applications." said Craig
Fiebig, Microsoft's Group Products Manager of Internet Marketing.

SBT's new WebSeries electronic commerce products include, WebTrader,
WebAlert, and WebPay. WebTrader allows businesses to quickly create an
electronic storefront with order forms for products or services on the Web
at a low cost. With the addition of Microsoft SQL Server connectivity,
WebTrader will be able to dynamically display and interact with customers
and inventory information including graphic images and pricing.

"We see SBT's conversion to Microsoft's leading-edge technology as a huge
plus for our business," said Rocco Esposito, President of pro BAKE, "now
our site will derive the benefits of the best platform for Internet
applications." he added.
