UNITED DIGITAL ARTISTS TO HAVE A MAJOR PRESENCE AT intermediaWORLD '96

Premiere New Media Agency to Showcase Their Talent with Three Exciting
Events

NORWALK, CT-- Preparing for the thousands of developers, technologists,
programmers and corporate MIS professionals that will attend this year's
leading event for the interactive digital industries, intermediaWORLD '96
has teamed up with United Digital Artists (UDA) to offer three of the most
innovative and informative programs spotlighting the world of digital art
and design. UDA's major presence at the show includes extensive plans to
further enhance the Hands-on Training Workshops, Digital Arts Festival and
UDA's Artists Quarter. The event will be taking place March 4- 7, 1996 at
San Francisco's Moscone Center.

"intermediaWORLD has traditionally attracted a creative crowd. And while I
believe technology and tools are essential, it is the talent, vision and
creativity that has, and always will, fuel the development of new media,"
explains Stewart McBride, president of United Digital Artists, a new media
talent agency and training company. "UDA's Three- For-All event provides a
forum to showcase the best and brightest in digital talent, including
designers, developers and artists from around the world. These artists,
ranging from veterans to new unsung talent, represent the best of the
creatives working with CD-ROM, digital video, Web sites, special effects,
kiosk, location-based entertainment and digital sound design. For any
developer or designer attending intermediaWORLD, the Three-for-All show is
not to be missed and it's great entertainment."

What's In Store

As this fast-paced industry keeps calling for innovative ideas and
programs, UDA and intermediaWORLD have outlined an imaginative plan to
ensure attendees leave with the knowledge and information they came to
acquire. UDA will create and manage the following events at the show:

* Hands-on Training: 24 hands-on Macintosh and Windows platform workshops
will be available at intermediaWORLD where participants will have
exclusive use of high-performance multimedia workstations and the latest
in software packages. Classes range from "Internet Web Site Deign" and
"Director 4.0 Basics" to "Interactive Design" and "Java Basics:
Object-Oriented Programming for the Internet."

* Digital Arts Festival: Multimedia Three-For-All and Pioneer Awards: This
is a celebration of the creativity that exemplifies the world's best
multimedia. This spectacular festival of demos, wit and diatribe from the
world's leading interactive digital artists and creators, includes the
Pioneer Awards and Multimedia Three-For-All. '95 Pioneer Award winners
included Bill Gates, Min Yee, Bob Stein, Robert Winter, Marc Cantor and
Erik Neumann.

* UDA's Artist Quarter: The Quarter, on the intermediaWORLD show floor,
will showcase the hottest new media talent in the industry. The area will
be the site for multimedia's best and brightest to gather, gossip and show
their most creative work, including tours of the hottest sites on the Web
as well as book and CD-ROM signings and demos.

"What UDA brings to the event is years of experience and expertise in the
field of new media technology," highlights John Lewinski, REC's Vice
President for the Media & Entertainment Group. "By providing some of the
best knowledge and training expertise for developers and programmers in
the new media market, UDA's capabilities offer attendees the knowledge and
experience to succeed in this competitive industry."
