JETFORM INTRODUCES ENHANCED CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROGRAM

JetForm Technical Support Services Offers Range of Options

Falls Church, VA-- January 17, 1996 -- JetForm Corporation, a leading
provider of electronic forms automation solutions, today introduced a new
program of fee-based customer support services designed to provide JetForm
customers with a range of options for continued high quality, high value
technical support. The new program includes four support plans tailored to
fit a variety of customer requirements and facilitate electronic forms and
workflow installations.

JetForm's Technical Support Services program, which goes into effect March
1, offers the following plans:

* Event-based -- For companies with small, stable work environments and/or
limited forms-automation activities. This per-call plan includes access to
faxback and electronic bulletin board systems.

* Standard -- For companies with 25 or more registered JetForm users. This
fixed-price plan features weekday (9 AM to 8 PM EST) telephone support for
one designated individual, along with 30 percent product upgrade
discounts.

* Premium -- For companies with installations of 500 or more users. In
addition to electronic support services, this fixed-price plan includes
weekday (7AM to 8 PM EST) telephone support for two designated
individuals, free product upgrades, one day per year of free classroom
training and additional classroom training at a 10 percent discount.

* Custom -- For installations with mission-critical installations of 500 or
more users. In addition to electronic support services, this fixed-price
plan includes prioritized weekday (7 AM to 8 PM EST) telephone support for
two designated individuals, plus added-person support for a fee; free
product upgrades; two days per year of classroom training and additional
classroom training at a 15 percent discount.

Custom Support Plan will also feature access to a 24-hour voice mailbox for
information on calls previously logged with JetForm's Support Center; an
assigned customer support representative; and up to four person-days of
installation assistance, on-site assistance or technical consulting.

JetForm support technicians are trained across an array of computing

After an initial 60-day warranty period, all JetForm technical support
services are available on a fee basis, with faxback services available to
all users. Current customers with existing maintenance contracts will
continue as part of the new program.
