INTERPLAY RELEASES SOLITAIRE DELUXE FOR WINDOWS 95

January 15, 1996 -- Irvine, Calif.--Interplay Productions announced today
the release of Solitaire Deluxe for Windows 95. Designed specifically for
Windows 95, Solitaire Deluxe boasts to be the most complete solitaire
challenge ever created, with 24 games of chance.

"With the growing popularity of Windows 95, we wanted to provide the users
the opportunity to play solitaire with the greatest solitaire package
available" said Jerry Luttrell, director of marketing for Interplay. "
Solitaire Deluxe For Windows 95 has a wide variety of solitaire games for
the novice or the most advanced player."

Solitaire Deluxe For Windows 95 makes 24 of the most popular solitaire
games available in one easy-to-install package. Card players will enjoy
such solitaire games as Klondike, Golf, La Nivernaise, Pyramid, Monte
Carlo, and other classical favorites. Solitaire Deluxe For Windows 95 has
more games, more card sets, more great features than any other solitaire
game. The Tournament mode can be enabled for the player to go up against
their highest score in any six of their favorite games.

Developed in beautiful 256-color graphics, players can choose from 29 card
decks and 25 background graphics. Additionally, game players can create a
customized background using an innovative import feature to incorporate
their favorite picture such as a loved one, a favorite golf course or a
beautiful scenic shot in a bmp.format.

Solitaire Deluxe for Windows 95 was produced by Kimo Yoshida, a long time
employee of Interplay. His past achievements include producer credit for
the Macintosh version of Ishido. Yoshida can lately be found working hard
on several titles set for release early next year which include Bridge
Deluxe II With Omar Sharif On CD-ROM, Zombie Dinos From Planet Zeltoid and
Blackthorne.

Solitaire Deluxe requires an IBM 386/33mhz running Microsoft Windows 95,
with a minimum VGA video card and monitor, 4mb RAM, Microsoft compatible
mouse and 100% compatibles Sound Blaster sound cards.
