INTELL.X TO MAKE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH INTERNET ON IBM INFOSAGE

ARLINGTON, VA-- Intell.X, a fast-growing provider of current business news
and information for the networking arena, will provide its SourceEXpress
service to IBM infoSage (http://www.infosage.ibm.com), as part of IBM's
comprehensive new Internet-based service for business professionals.

IBM earlier this week announced the launch of IBM infoSage.

The SourceEXpress service will make available as part of IBM infoSage
selected, full-text business articles and reports from about 300
international, national and regional news sources such as daily
newspapers, trade journals, business magazines, specialized industry
reports, broadcast transcripts and others. Many of the daily sources are
transmitted the same day as original publication, with others distributed
shortly after publication.

Intell.X is a subsidiary of DataTimes Corp., a leading international
provider of business information services. Intell.X applies advanced
filtering technologies, including artificial intelligence and neural
reasoning first developed for intelligence agencies, to segment new
content added to DataTimes' vast reservoir of business news and research.
Each day, some 50,000 articles, reports, transcripts and more are
electronically gathered, processed and distributed by DataTimes.

Founded only last year, Intell.X already has grown into a major specialty
player in the networking industry. It sells its portfolio of products
directly to corporate network managers and through such redistributors as
Business Wire's new Internet-based service; Network News, a provider of a
pay-per-article information service; and soon IBM infoSage, among others.

"Our new content provider relationship with IBM infoSage is a perfect
example of our strategy of adding value to the content DataTimes gathers,
in part by looking for new channels to deliver the information to an
ever-growing universe of business professionals linked through corporate
networks and the Internet," said David Hoppmann, Intell.X president and
CEO. "IBM has structured a great new service for the Internet that will
deliver a much-needed, real-life business information tool. We're
delighted to be a part of this opportunity."
