Dialogic Corporation Expands CT Market With "No Compromises" DIALOG/4

Introduces Cost-Effective DIALOG/4 Half-Size Four-Line Voice Board
Supporting Windows 95

PARSIPPANY, N.J. (2/2/96)-----Dialogic Corporation (NASDAQ:DLGC), the
world's leading supplier of open systems computer telephony (CT) hardware
and software components, announced a new product accessible to all levels
of computer telephony application developers. The DIALOG/4, a four-line
voice board in a half-size format, offers a cost-effective, space-saving
computer telephony solution and sets a new benchmark in price/performance.
Unlike competitors' offerings that run solely on DOS, the DIALOG/4 runs on
Windows 95, Windows NT, UNIX, OS/2 and DOS operating systems. The DIALOG/4
is available immediately from Dialogic at a single unit price of $675.

NO COMPROMISES IN PERFORMANCE OR PRICE

The introduction of the DIALOG/4 by Dialogic gives developers a "no
compromises" solution which leverages Dialogic's feature-rich industry
standard products to create innovative telephony applications without
trading performance for price.

The DIALOG/4 results in "no compromises" in the quality, functionality and
interoperability of computer telephony applications created by developers.
With the DIALOG/4, developers can create voice mail and messaging
applications, interactive voice response (IVR) programs, and telemarketing
solutions, among other computer telephony applications, while also
benefiting from Dialogic's worldwide support, market leadership and wide
array of third party software support. Leading members of Dialogic's
Toolkit Developer Program, including APEX Communications, Expert Systems,
MediaSoft, Parity Software, Stylus Innovation and Telephone Response
Technologies, Inc., have announced full support and are offering
limited-time promotions of their software tools and the DIALOG/4.

"With the release of Windows 95, we see dramatic growth in the usage of
computer telephony as telephone access becomes a core element of
mainstream applications," said Steve Leyland, Product Marketing Manager
for Dialogic's low density product family. "The DIALOG/4 enables Dialogic
to pass on to this new class of customer the benefits derived from our
value engineering efforts. Now developers don't have to settle for a
clone; they can use Dialogic's new DIALOG/4 which does not impose any
limitations in the areas of price or performance."

Further cost savings are realized from the DIALOG/4's half-size form factor
which requires less chassis space. The DIALOG/4 provides four telephone
line interface circuits approved for direct connection to analog
loop-start lines and is widely scalable within the family of two- and
four-line products. A Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and general-purpose
processor compose a unique dual-processor system that enables performance
of touchtone (DTMF) as well as audio and voice processing. Downloaded
firmware algorithms, Dialogic's SpringWare, enable variable voice coding,
DTMF detection, DTMF cut-through, and talk off/play off suppression over a
wide variety of telephone line conditions.

Dialogic voice products offer a rich set of advanced features for building
the core of any computer telephony system. With industry- standard ISA bus
expansion boards and a variety of channel densities to choose from, users
can integrate Dialogic voice products easily into the system their
application requires.Founded in 1983, Dialogic Corporation is a leading
manufacturer of standards-based computer telephony hardware and software
platform components, with more than 1.9 million ports shipped worldwide.
In March, 1993, Dialogic launched the Signal Computing System Architecture
standard along with 70 other companies. SCSA defines open software and
hardware standards for building computer telephony systems with multiple
technologies. SCSA is now supported by more than 290 industry suppliers.
To offer customers the widest range of capabilities, Dialogic has
bolstered its traditional CT strengths by acquiring leading companies in
complementary technologies: GammaLink, the leader in computer-based
facsimile components; the CT Division, which specializes in
computer-telephone software integration at the switch level and Spectron
Microsystems, Inc., developers of the SPOX operating system and of digital
signal processor development environments. With worldwide headquarters in
Parsippany, New Jersey, Dialogic's European headquarters are located in
Brussels, Belgium with regional offices in Hartley Wintney, UK; Paris,
France; Milan, Italy; and Munich, Germany. Other Dialogic international
offices include Buenos Aires, Argentina and Tokyo, Japan. Dialogic is a
founding member of the Enterprise Computer Telephony Forum (ECTF).
