NFS Competitive Upgrade Program Eases Move to Windows 95 and Windows NT

HUNTSVILLE, ALA., JANUARY 10, 1996 -- Intergraph Software Solutions
introduces a program to make it easier for users of DOS and Windows based
NFS products to move up to the 32-bit Windows environment..

Intergraph is now offering competitive upgrades for its popular NFS client
and server products to make it easier for NFS users currently on the
DOS/Windows platforms to upgrade to new operating systems. "It appears
that the Windows 95 launch has done much to propel interest in our Windows
product, particularly our UNIX-Windows integration products. These
products that have sold well previously and are now in record demand,"
said Tommy Steele, president of ISS.

Users of competing packages can upgrade from any DOS or Windows NFS package
to DiskAccess for Windows 95 for $150 (U.S. list), or to PC-NFS or
DiskShare for Windows NT, for only $180 (U.S. list).

Intergraph's UNIX-Windows integration offering is designed to meet the
demands of the growing 32-bit Windows community, providing quality
products, that install easily and operate over Microsoft's native TCP/IP
protocol stack. Using Microsoft's native protocol stack greatly reduces
the time and headaches in installation and set-up of NFS connections.
"Installing and configuring proprietary TCP/IP stacks for DOS-based NFS
products could take hours. But our products' use of Microsoft's native
TCP/IP stack reduces NFS configuration and set-up to seconds" Steele
continued.

* PC-NFS, a co-development effort of SunSoft and Intergraph, gives Windows
NT users access to UNIX-based file systems, is a multi- threaded
application, and uses Microsoft's native Windows NT TCP- IP stack.

* DISKSHARE, Intergraph's award-winning NFS server lets Windows NT users
share drives or file folders to the UNIX community directly from File
Manager. DiskShare is secure, using Microsoft's native TCP-IP stack.

* DISKACCESS allows Windows 95 users to access UNIX-based file and printer
resources directly from the Network Neighborhood. DiskAccess is a
multi-threaded VxD that uses Microsoft's native Windows 95 TCP-IP stack.
