SOLUTION FOR EXM MAIL

OEM Agreement between ESL and Corporate Software & Technologies
International, Inc. Provides Multi-Platform EXM/Time, based on CS&T's
CorporateTime Package

January 16, 1996 - Enterprise Solutions UK Limited (ESL), Alton Hants.,
today announced an enterprise-wide, E-Mail-enabled calendar solution with
multiple client platform support. EXM/Time is designed for use with ESL's
X.400-based EXM Mail. Whether an organisation has a single server or 100
servers in 20 countries, EXM/Time provides seamless scheduling with
automatic time zone adjustment. The package provides resource management,
personal calendar and information management, plus task management.

EXM/Time is the result of an OEM Agreement between ESL and Corporate
Software & Technologies International, Inc. (CS&T) of Montreal, Canada.
EXM/Time is CS&T's CorporateTime calendar/scheduling solution, which has
been X.400 mail-enabled with ESL's EXM Mail. EXM Mail is available across
all popular platforms, providing a true cross-platform capability in a
calendar/scheduling package. EXM/Time runs on various Unix servers, and
provides uniform cross-platform support for Windows, Apple Macintosh, Unix
character and Motif clients.

EXM/Time takes full advantage of the advanced client/server architecture
and management capabilities of the EXM Mail server, or Message Transfer
Agent (MTA). It is as scaleable as EXM Mail, providing reliable,
manageable real-time server-to-server communication. With EXM/Time, users
can schedule meetings and events with ease. By overlaying all the
potential attendees' calendars in a single calendar display, allowing
users to view the availability of everyone, meeting times can be
determined quickly. With its advanced time zone support, all times are
converted to local times of the user's individual country or time zone.

With the click of a mouse button, an electronic meeting
notification/request can be sent either through EXM/Time or through
EXM/Mail. Meeting organisers can track the status of each person invited.
Resource management can also be tracked, allowing a resource administrator
to book conference rooms or other resources, or allow users to book
facilities on a first come-first serve basis.

Users can access EXM/Time while out of the office, using remote access to
the network. Access rights can be controlled, as privacy is an essential
element of one's personal calendar. Privileges to view, create or modify
appointments may be designated to one or more people, with different
levels of rights for different designates.

AVAILABILITY

EXM/Time is available as an add-on module. Unix and Windows versions are
available now; a Macintosh version is scheduled for release during the
first quarter of 1996. Pricing varies from 120 to 140 per user depending
on quantity. ESL and CS&T are planning to integrate EXM/Time with X.500
Directory Services in the future.
