1996 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TRADE SHOW SCHEDULE

February 13-15, 1996. Networks Expo Boston (Eighth Annual);
Mactivity: The Macintosh Connectivity Conference;
John B. Hynes Convention Center; Boston, Massachusetts. 

Description: Networks Expo Boston will offer attendees the latest
networking products and services, showcased by hundreds of the major
players in the rapidly growing communications and networking industry.
Attendees will have an opportunity to evaluate new products for all of the
major network operating systems, including: NetWare, Windows NT, OS/2
WARP, VINES and AppleShare. For the first time, Networks Expo Boston will
run concurrently with Mactivity: The Macintosh Connectivity Conference.
Networks Expo features live product demonstrations and hands-on access to
computer networking applications, including: the Internet, computer
telephony, and telecommuting. The show's conference program focuses on
network management, messaging, ATM, NetWare solutions; plus a wide array
of networking applications will be demonstrated in the Network
Professional Association (NPA) Hands-On Labs. The nation's oldest and
largest user group, the Boston Computer Society, will present
complimentary sessions covering small office/home office (SOHO) and
networking topics, as well as sessions exploring Visual Basic and
client/server development topics. 

April 16-18, 1996. DB/EXPO San Francisco (Eighth Annual);
Moscone Convention Center; San Francisco, California. 

Description: DB/EXPO'96 San Francisco is the leading database,
client/server and data warehousing exposition and conference. DB/EXPO will
encompass a vast array of new computer and software systems -- from
desktop computing to the Internet to massively parallel processing
systems, as well as client/server, relational and object database
technology, LAN-based development tools and repositories. The show will
feature a powerful keynote program with influential visionaries who are
shaping the future of database technology as well as a week-long;
information-filled conference program, presented by more than 250 industry

June 18-20, 1996. PC EXPO in New York (Fourteenth Annual);
Jacob K. Javits Convention Center; New York, New York. 

Description: PC EXPO will explore every dimension of computing technology,
and feature the top names in the computer industry displaying the latest
computer products and services to more than 130,000 expected attendees.
Hundreds of exhibitors make new product announcements and forge strategic
alliances at PC EXPO in New York. The pavilions at PC EXPO in New York
showcase the most dynamic areas of the computer industry -- mobile office
and wireless communications, the Internet, small office/home office
(SOHO), ISDN, multimedia, Windows, fax messaging, CD-ROM business
solutions, and networking. PC EXPO has reengineered its educational
program for 1996, with more than 40 seminars and six workshops divided
into four conferences -- desktop, networking, emerging technologies, and

information technology professionals will debut in New York. More than 100

service providers. FinEXPO will feature a full conference program with an
expansive line-up of the most pressing issues and technologies that
address how new financial strategies are implemented. 

September 10-12, 1996. HRMS/EXPO (Fourth Annual);
Dallas Convention Center; Dallas, Texas. 

Description: HRMS/EXPO is the most comprehensive human resources
information technology conference and exposition designed exclusively for
information system professionals, HRMS & HRIS administrators, financial
managers, benefit managers, and HR executives. Many of the more than 100

Description: Blenheim introduces an exposition and conference that will
explore the World Wide Web and Internet business solutions. The show will
feature the Hands-On Internet Theater, showcasing the latest tools from
Internet service providers and other innovative technology companies. The
show will also boast a comprehensive conference program. According to a
recent study conducted by CommerceNet and Nielsen Media Research, there
are more than 24 million Internet users in the U.S. and Canada. 

October 8-10, 1996. UNIX EXPO (Thirteenth Annual)
Jacob K. Javits Convention Center; New York, New York. 

Description: UNIX EXPO is the leading show for Open Systems technology
expanding into all facets of enterprise computing, including Windows NT
and client/server computing. The event features all aspects of UNIX/Open
Systems, including computer hardware, software, development tools,
object-oriented technologies, and interoperability solutions to an
exclusive audience including corporate end-users, resellers and systems
integrators. This year's exposition expands its focus on the link between
UNIX and enterprise computing, including the corporate world's increasing
use of UNIX as a platform for achieving Open Systems, and the use of UNIX

events. In addition to the UNIX EXPO conference program, this

Description: Networks Expo Dallas '96 is the leading networking and
interoperability event focusing on practical business solutions for every
computer network operating system. The show is expected to boast hundreds
of exhibitors, live product demonstrations, major new product
announcements and a full educational program focusing on network
management, interoperability, the Internet, TCP/IP connectivity,
client/server applications and enterprise networking. Other highlights
will include "hands-on" solutions-oriented exhibits such as the Internet
Theater (with a guided tour of the Internet), and pavilions showcasing
NetWare Solutions, Help Desk, and Wireless and Messaging products and
services.. The Network Professional Association (NPA) Hands-On Labs will
provide attendees with practical instruction in specific networking areas.
The show will run concurrently with WINDOWS WORLD, produced by

warehousing" exposition and conference, will provide an intensive learning
