The WIN Utility Library is a (Obsolete, last updated Aguust 1995) collection of freely distributable (Public Domain, freeware, shareware, etc.) utilities for Windows 3.1 consultants, troubleshooters and power users. The collection is available free with any order on CD-ROM. A directory database accompanying the library is a dBASE compatible .DBF file with search program. PC Computing (July 92 Best Bets) said "Windows shareware aficionados rejoice...just about everything you ever imagined in Windows". PC Techniques Magazine said "certainly the largest collection of Windows miscellany currently in circulation...well worth the price". PC World (May 92) called them an "amazingly complete collection of Windows shareware that will keep you happily playing for days - and productive a lot longer".
