Controlling the SB16 Mixer from Visual Basic For Windows

MMA.BAS is a VB for Windows interface to the "Auxilliary Sound" features of the
Windows Multimedia System. It was designed for controlling the SB16 mixer
facilities, but it is completely generic and should work with any Windows sound
hardware. The routines are documented at the top of the "Declarations" section
of the file.

VOLTEST.FRM is a simple user interface to test and demonstrate the routines and
to establish what auxilliary sound capabilities are present on your system. You
will need GRID.VBX to run this.

The actual interface was very simple to implement once I has found the necessary
information. The main challenge was coping with making VB's "Long" datatype
simulate a 32 bit unsigned word. Come back 'C', all is forgiven! Mathematicians
out there can probably think of a much more elegant solution than mine.
