The dimscale.lsp file redefines the dimscale command to allow you to change all of the defined dimension styles to the new scale factor, eliminating the need to redefine every dimension style's factor when switching between them, as you must do now with ACADR13. It appears that the DIMSCALE as defined in ACADR13 does not respond to the undefine function, but this command will replace it anyway. The original dimscale command can still be accessed by using ".DIMSCALE" with the period before the word.
