E Ware Announces eNote for Macintosh

New York, New York, April 1, 1994 - E Ware, a division of Visual
Cybernetics Corporation, today announced development of a Macintosh
version of its popular messaging software, eNote. With this latest
addition to the eNote line, instant pop-up messaging will be available to
Macintosh users for the first time.

eNote instant messaging software delivers messages directly to the screen
instead of a mailbox, where electronic mail messages often go unnoticed.
The program performs all functions from a small floating control panel
with simple drag and drop actions. It becomes a natural part of the
desktop work environment because the control panel can be dragged and
positioned unobtrusively on top of any active Macintosh application. The
user simply writes an eNote message, drags the eNote over the icon
representing the recipient(s) and releases the mouse button. eNote sends
the message, which pops up directly on the recipient's screen.

According to E Ware President Todd Fearn, current users of eNote find the
software enhances workgroup performance by simplifying communications.
"We're responding to strong end-user interest in a Macintosh product -
especially from our eNote users in mixed environments," said Fearn. "We're
excited to be entering the Macintosh market with a product so appropriate
for that platform."

eNote for Macintosh will include groupware functionality, drag and drop
operations, folders, context searching, and will be System 7 Savvy. eNote
for Macintosh users within a cross-platform network will have
compatibility with eNote users on Windows-compatible network operating
systems. eNote takes only minutes to install on any Macintosh on the
network and does not require a dedicated file server.

eNote for Macintosh will ship in July, 1994. E Ware will sell the software
directly, as well as through its growing network of VARs and
distributors.

E Ware, a division of Visual Cybernetics, develops and markets workgroup
and multimedia products. The growing product line currently includes eNote
2.0, eNote Remote, eNote Mobile, eNote for cc:Mail, and an MHS version,
with several new products in development. Visual Cybernetics (NASD
Bulletin Board "VSCY"), publicly held since 1992, develops, manufactures
and markets advanced computer products for communications, entertainment
and medical applications.
