ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS AND KEYWORD ANNOUNCE JOINT MARKETING AGREEMENT

Both companies to market KEYpak for Enterprise Solutions Mail

(EMA '94, Anaheim, CA; April 18, 1994)--Enterprise Solutions Limited (ESL)
and Keyword Office Technologies Ltd. today announced a joint marketing
agreement. ESL, provider of complete X.400/X.500 messaging solutions,
and Keyword, provider of document interchange technology, have agreed to
jointly market KEYpak for Enterprise Solutions Mail.

KEYpak for Enterprise Solutions Mail, the enterprise-wide, electronic
mail-enabled document interchange solution, will allow users of Enterprise
Solutions Mail to exchange information -- text, images, tables and
graphics -- with users of diverse document processing applications and
e-mail systems, without losing any of the functionality or fidelity of the
documents. Users familiar with their native word processing application
can view and edit documents created on more than 40 other applications.

Keyword provides the highest level of universal document interchange
available today. No other product-specific translator or emerging
interchange technology supports as many platforms or includes such a
comprehensive translator library as KEYpak. It supports all leading
hardware and software environments, from mainframes to personal computers,
integrated to stand-alone applications, LANs to gateway configurations.

The first KEYpak for Enterprise Solutions Mail product available will be
the LAN version, which runs at the client station. It is designed to be
called by other applications, rather than being called directly by a user.
As a "middleware" application requiring no interaction with the user, it
provides seamless document exchange services.

According to Karl Klessig, president of ESL, "The availability of KEYpak
for Enterprise Solutions Mail marks another step in providing our
customers a total, full-featured messaging solution. This winning
solution greatly improves organizational efficiency and allows faster
communication, thus giving users a competitive edge in today's global
marketplace."

"The goal of our partnership with Enterprise Solutions is to maximize
message and document interchange between users of a variety of popular
electronic mail and word processing systems," said Dal Bryant, president
of Keyword Office Technologies Ltd. "We will offer KEYpak integrations
for Enterprise Solutions Mail at both the User Agent and Message Transfer
Agent levels. Our new partnership provides competitive solutions for our
joint customer base."

Enterprise Solutions began shipping ENTERPRISE MAIL in the United States in
December 1991, with the first installations at major government agencies
and at selected corporate sites. One of the company's first customers in
the U.S. was Wal-Mart Stores, where ESL established an entire messaging
capability for the Home Office as well as for the movement of all
information to and from more than 2,300 stores, all its primary vendors,
and Wal-Mart's international operations.

ESL's product line consists of X.400 User Agents for multiple user
interfaces, remote user agents for non-connected users, full X.500
Directory Services, complete Mail Administration, a 1988 Multi-protocol
MTA, and a family of mail-enabled add-on products which extend and enhance
the Enterprise Solutions Mail X.400 product line.

Keyword Office Technologies Ltd., of Calgary, Canada is the world leader in
document conversion products for enterprise-wide document interchange. The
Company's professional services group also provides customized solutions.

network, value-added resellers and OEM channels.

The LAN version of KEYpak for Enterprise Solutions Mail will be available
in the third quarter of this year. A server version, which does automatic
conversion of all messages that come through the server, is expected to be
available sometime in the 4th quarter. Pricing for KEYpak document
conversion solutions is related to the number of users and number of
formats required. Price for a single user is $89, with volume discounts
down to $10 per user based on the number of formats required and platform.
