Fax:+1(301)963-2708 - 24hours, but often queued for evening delivery. This line is often answered by a Fax operator. If you hear a voice and do not need to communicate with the operator, just proceed with sending the Fax. This fax is limited to 9600bps transmissions. A second fax line is shared with our BBS +1(301)774-1486 with an automatic switch. Other PC (14.4 Fax/V.27) fax cards can generally be placed on-line by appointment only. Call for numbers and availability (recommended for long international faxes, or faxes requiring OCR on receipt).

BBS:+1(301)774-1486. 24 hours per day. Zoom 24K V.FC/V.32bis/V.32 with PCBoard 15.2 BBS Software. There's very little to download, other than the shareware versions of EMS Library Listings. This BBS is primarily for author submissions and EMS employee/contractor uploads.

FTP: Shareware versions of some of EMS's shareware library directories are available on SimTel mirrors in the ems_prof directory. Oak.oakland.edu is a good choice. No uploadable private FTP site is currently available. Please FTP to oak.oakland.edu, SimTel archives or any other anonymous FTP site with high speed connections, and advise us by mail of any files you wish us to publish. Files may also be sent as MIME attachments or uuencoded to eengelmann@worldbank.org or ems@wdn.com. If you are sending submissions for EMS's technical shareware libraries, please indicate which library(s) the file is for.

Critical Pickups: If you are in the DC area for only a very brief time and need to pick up something from Eric Engelmann or EMS, we can generally arrange a pickup at the Wine Rack store, across the street from the National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) in Gaithersburg, at the Montgomery Village exit #10 from I-270.
