Check that the  regulator valves
are unscrewed. If someone before
you has turned them in, when the
main  valves  are   opened,  the
pressures in  the  hoses  may be
too high. Acetylene is unsafe in
the  hose  at pressures above 15
psi.   While   wearing  goggles,
slowly open each main tank valve
1/4 turn.  The  goggles  are be-
cause sometimes gauges explode.
