This is my database documentor. use word wrap for this document
There is not much to it but it works for me.

Function: Allows you to choose from all of the objects in the database and document them.

Features:
1. By choosing from the combo box on the very left of the form you will limit the view of the objects in the next combo box,"Msys", to that type if it is an Access object type: Table, query, form, report, macro or module. If you choose any of the other types it will set the subform with that object type and list all objects in the database in the msys combo. For instance if you pick "Glossary", the subform, whose dynaset is the Object table, will be set with the Glossary object type. Next if you have selected an Access object type, when you choose from the list in the Msys combo, it will set the subform with the chosen object type.

2.If you selected a non-Access type like glossary then simply choose from the list of all objects in the database OR TYPE in anything you want to keep a note on.

3.The "Exiting" combo is objects that already have notes. By double clicking on this combo box you can change the sort from object name to object type.

4.Also notice that the subform expands and contracts as you resize the form.

Any suggestions, comments and the like are very much welcome.

To use simply copy the objects into any Access application and it will be ready to go. For even more ease of use, assign an autokey for quick access.
